At Botanica Luxe, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
